These terms cover the public website. Paid work is covered by a separate agreement for the audit, the implementation, or the retainer. That agreement takes precedence.
1. Acceptance
By using sumitrathore.com, you agree to these terms. If you use the site for an organisation, you confirm you can bind that organisation.
2. The practice
Sumit Rathore is an independent consultant. The work is designing, building and rolling out AI workflows inside a client's existing tools, then training the team. Offers are an AI Workflow Audit, an Implementation Sprint, and a Fractional AI Lead. Software is not resold.
3. What is not included
A workflow review is a conversation, not a paid audit. Paid scope, price and timeline exist only in a signed agreement. Work that is a poor fit — including large enterprises with long procurement cycles, and solo operators with no repeatable process — will be declined before an agreement.
4. Your tools and data
You keep your accounts, your data and your tools. Workflows are built inside them. Client data is used only to do the agreed work, is not used to train public models, and is not shared across clients.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to probe it for access you were not given, or to submit a request whose purpose is unlawful.
6. Liability
The website is provided as is. Liability for paid work is limited as the signed agreement states, to the maximum extent the law allows.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any signed agreement, the courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
