1. Who this covers
Sumit Rathore is an independent consultant. This policy covers information collected through sumitrathore.com. Data inside a client's own tools belongs to that client and is governed by the engagement agreement and the client's own commitments to their customers.
2. Information collected on this site
Name, email, phone, company, company type, team size, and the description of the task you send when you book a workflow review or write in. That information is stored so the request can be answered.
3. What this site does not do
The public pages do not use third-party advertising trackers and do not sell personal information.
4. How the information is used
To reply to a workflow review request, to decide whether an engagement is a fit, to perform work a client has agreed to, and to send important updates about that work.
5. Client data during an engagement
Client business data is accessed only as needed to build and train the agreed workflows. It is not used to train public models, and it is not shared across clients. An NDA can be signed before work starts. Business-grade AI tools are used with their data-protection settings on.
6. Sharing
Information is shared only with providers who help operate email and hosting, under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.
7. Retention and your choices
Inquiry records are kept long enough to respond and to meet ordinary business record needs, then deleted on request where the law allows. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion by email.
8. Grievances
Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, grievances can be sent to sumit@sumitrathore.com or +91 76785 11552. The aim is to acknowledge them within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
