Week #1467: Neoleads 2025 Resolution in 3 Words

This past week was challenging for me. I had to downsize my team by half to reallocate the budget toward marketing. I arranged for one of my developers to transition to a friend’s company and assigned another to a part-time client project. Additionally, I need to have a conversation with one of the developers about receiving half the salary until the project starts generating revenue.

Now, I have a ₹1 lakh budget to spend on marketing over the next two months to secure 100 paid customers for Neoleads. So far, I haven’t landed a single paying customer because the product still needs improvement. These next two months will be a make-or-break situation for the product, as I need either an investor or enough customers to reach the breakeven point.

Problems

  • No progress on writing articles for Neoleads.
  • SEO efforts for Neoleads still pending.
  • Uncertainty about how SEO backlinking will function.
  • AWS Bedrock has intermittent issues.

Solutions

  • Host a webinar and let customers test the platform.
  • Connect with Harinder and showcase the platform to gather feedback.
  • Start creating blogs, implement technical SEO, and establish backlinking for Neoleads.
  • Identify and fix SEO bugs and explore new opportunities for Neoleads.
  • Research and implement solutions for resolving technical SEO issues.
  • Use Neoleads LLM to create a fail-safe mechanism.
  • Begin implementing SEO backlinking strategies.
