Week #1464: Let’s get 1st Paid User

I need to get my first paid user this week to achieve my 10-paid customer goal.

Updates

We have done few updates last week such as –

1. Increase agent speed by 2x.
2. Improve UX by streaming the agent response.
3. Improve article writer by changing the algorithm.
4. Fix most bugs in production.
5. Update blog half complete

Problems

We still have same important problem to solve to improve the UX.

1. Show the chat message in proper format
2. Improve the article writer & updater

I’ve been questioning whether people truly need agents for certain use cases. What if these agents end up complicating things instead of making them 10x faster? For example, finding long-tail keywords in SEMrush versus using Neoleads for general-purpose keyword research doesn’t make much sense—it’s simpler and cheaper on SEMrush. I need to focus on use cases where AI makes low-level decisions that significantly reduce the time SEOs spend on tasks.

Solutions

Let’s do the following in given order.

1. Create 10 agent templates with prompts and videos for each use case. Let’s send videos to marketers to see how many people click the link.
2. Improve the Article writer & updater to make sure content quality is top-class.
3. Complete the website and start doing SEO on the website.
4. Start publishing a blog on Neoleads blog daily with an article writer and update existing blogs.
5. Start running ads on Article Writer to get customers.
6. Host a webinar on How to increase your website traffic 10x with AI agents and run ads to get registrations and emails.
7. Start engaging people on WhatsApp, discord and email community by sending twice-a-week updates and messages.

Hypothesis

With agent videos and linkedin messages we should get 10 sign ups this upcoming week and hopefully one paid user.

PS

I have decided to take a loan from my friend, which will give me 2 months of run time to find 50 paid customers, attract angel investors.
