I didn’t anticipate the difficulty of discovering ideas for a product MVP that could be developed within a month and attract early customers to validate the concepts.
This week, I’ve spent my time researching these ideas, speaking with mentors, and analyzing the competition. From this, I’ve found three compelling ideas for an MVP, each focusing on the core issue of lead generation.
Note — If you haven’t read my previous blog, you can find it Here.
Idea 1: Generate Leads from a Website Using an AI Chatbot
Small businesses and startups can submit their website links and documents related to their business, allowing the chatbot to understand their operations and assist customers on the site by providing support and help. Meanwhile, it will convert visitors into leads. Users will receive an email alert whenever the AI chatbot converts a visitor into a lead.
Several startups are pursuing similar concepts, including customGPT and getCody, which are in high demand. The plan is to create this MVP and attract as many startups and small businesses as possible, even if it means offering this MVP product for free.
Idea 2: Generate Leads from Twitter or LinkedIn by Using AI to Create Posts
Small businesses and startups can create and schedule their social media posts in minutes by providing minimal information. The MVP will understand their brand, analyze their existing posts, and generate additional content to save them time and money, allowing them to concentrate on their core business.
Predis.ai, for example, is a startup where AI can create posts for other startups and is in high demand. Additional startups in this space include socialbee and adcreative.
Idea 3: Nurture Leads Using Email Marketing to Sell the Product
Email marketing is one of the most effective ways to attract customers for your business, especially in the B2B sector. We can automate email marketing using workflow automation and AI to help startups or small businesses nurture leads and close deals.

After careful consideration, I’ve decided to pursue the idea of generating leads from a website using an AI chatbot, for the following reasons:
The idea is relatively simple to execute, with the only major hurdle being the development of an algorithm capable of intelligently converting visitors into clients during conversation.
I intend to offer this service to all small startups for free, showcasing the transformative power of AI and its capacity to generate leads rapidly with minimal effort. The only requirement is the addition of some code snippets to their website.
A bot that understands their business and can automatically segment leads is a powerful tool. For instance, when someone visits a website, it’s crucial to understand why they are there — are they a customer, partner, or potential employee?
My next step is to validate this idea, which presents a challenging multi-step process. Please stay tuned for updates.
